Important Information and Conditions of Participation

1. Consistent Visual Identity of the Event Series

When promoting your event, please use the official blank poster template provided by Filharmonia Hungary, featuring the visual identity of the Night of the Organs, which can be downloaded from our website.

This will help ensure a consistent visual identity for the event series, both in Hungary and at international venues.

2. The Night of the Organs 2027 Fanfare

A special fanfare is currently being composed for the 2027 Night of the Organs, with the aim of strengthening the musical unity of the event series and creating a shared festive atmosphere.

The final sheet music is not yet available and therefore cannot be published at this time. As soon as it is ready, the score will be made available for download on this page.

Organisers who register before the sheet music is published will also receive the final score by email, ensuring that everyone has access to the musical material needed for its performance.

We kindly encourage all participating organisers to include a performance of the fanfare in their programmes whenever possible, thereby contributing to the musical unity of this international event series.

3. Conditions for Official Participation

Please note that participation in the official Night of the Organs programme requires registration and compliance with the event series' visual identity guidelines.

Once the fanfare score has been published, we kindly ask organisers to consider including its performance when planning their programmes.

Filharmónia Magyarország may feature registered and approved events in the official communications of the Night of the Organs.

Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to promoting organ music!

We hope that your event will contribute to the international success of the Night of the Organs on 15 May 2027, and that together we can celebrate the sound of the organ around the world!
